The crystal suite was spacious. i found the bed and pillows very comfortable. the bathroom was massive. The soaker tub was fun to use, and it was a very clean room and bathroom.

i found the location a bit loud, especially on weekends. many restaurants and bars are nearby.

I liked that breakfast was good. it presented a continental option, with choices from a menu. Sides cost extra. the thai restaurant in the building serves excellent food.

the front desk staff was helpful, especially valène. customer service was excellent, from the reception to valet and service teams. louise, linda, andre and melvin ensured guests were well cared for during meetings.

the room had a nespresso machine, a highlight. the loft room was great for a family of four, and it included two huge beds. a good minibar and a very clean, decorated room were present.
